How long will a nolo plea for dui remain on your driving record?

From the FAQ page on my website at http://www.duiguy.com/questions.htm :

In Georgia a DUI conviction (including a nolo contendere plea) stays on your record for life. Most other states have similar laws. The effects can result in possible denial of jobs or restrictions on credit if it goes on your credit report. In addition a conviction can cause an increase or cancellation on your car insurance.
