If I am 16 and my boyfriend is 20 (4 years, 2 months, and 11 days apart), what are the laws regarding sexual relations with him in the state of Georgia?

He is likely to end up in jail, and you could end up in juvenile detention. Please get counseling. A 20 year old that is trying to date a 16 year old is a sexual predator and you should not want such a relationship.
