Abandament

I have been married for 17 yrs, My husband has a drug problem, He has disappeared, in Tuscon,Az. He is a truck driver. We have a home that is 2 yrs old, and 2 new cars, I can not pay for them. I have a job but I dont make that much money to pay for all. Can I get him for abandament? I'm lost and dont know what to do. Please Help

A spouse can't abandon a spouse (abandonment is a crime involving one's children).

If you can't find him, you won't be collecting money from him anyways.

You do need legal counsel who can advise you about divorce, bankruptcy and other things you might want or need to file.
