As an adult, if you are subpeaoned, do you have to testify to an incident that occurred to you when you were a minor?

If you get a subpoena, that means you go. As far as testimony, no one here knows anything about the case or your involvement and you chose not to tell us.

A subpoena means you must go to court. As a general rule, if you refuse to answer questions, a judge can put you in jail.
