Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

My attorney wants to withdraw from the case for some reasons. He filed the motion to withdraw and charged me fees of about $200 to file the motion. Is this right? If he wants to withdraw why should I pay the fees for motion?

I assume the reason is that you declined to sign a consent to the withdrawal.
