Child Visitation / Rights

i have a 14 month old and his dad and I never married. Now he wants visitation and I want him to sign all rights over to me and not pay child support. What can I do?

That (regarding support) cannot be done. The right to receive child support belongs to the child. A parent cannot waive that. Whether or not he receives visitation (or custody) depends on what a judge decides.
