Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

Is it common for a judge to place a newborn child with it's birth mother while she is under a case plan with one child in relative care? And what is the chances of the child with the relative to stay with the relative when the case plan is over?

You really have not provided sufficient information to give advice. It is obvious the Judge felt the newborn was not at risk or I am sure he/she would not have placed the child with the mother. If the mother completes her case plan and the Judge is satisfied she can care for the other child, there is a good chance of reunification. You really need to speak with an attorney.
