Contempt of Court

My divorce was final in Feb of 2008, but the items that I was awarded in court, he still has not given to me. My attorney refuses to go back to court with me for a contempt charge and I do not have the money to start over, is there anything that I can do?

Contempt cases are new cases. Unles syou pay your lawyer, he's not going to be interested. Since contempt cases are expensive, be sure what you are seeking is worth the fees you will pay.
