Custody/medical bill question

Father has legal/physical custody. Mother has supervised visitation but lives 4 states away. She has to come to Father's state for visits. Since court paperwork signed in 2006, she has visited 4 times. Has daily court ordered telephone contact with child. Visits supervised due to mom leaving child with her boyfriend who she let put medication on child's privates, boyfriend later molested child. Mom recently had a child by molester who just got out of jail in her state, and Mom lives within 2 blocks of another molestor with the same crime. What is the likelyhood of mom regaining custody or having increased visitations (or even getting unsupervised visits? Mom pays child support (although lied about her income so it is only a small amount). Also, mom required to pay 50% medical bills but states she cannot due to saving her money to visit child. How do we get her to pay them without having to go to court? Child does well in school, has large amount of contact with extended family, Father just adopted new wife's stepson. New wife works at home, Father is a student and is home regularly also.

You need to take her back to Court. The only way to enforce a Court order is to take her back before the Court that issued the Order. They can hold her in contempt and fine her or put her in jail.

As to Custody, don't worry about that issue unless Mom is threatening a modification in custody arrangements. It is always a good idea to keep a journal of events or records of what is going on now in case you need for future evidence.
