Divorce Documents

For an uncontested divorce, do the forms need to be notarized in order to be filed? My husband has no ID so his signature can't be notarized.

Re: Divorce Documents

All pleadings and most other documents in a divorce MUST be executed before a notary. Your husband should apply for a state ID card at the driver's license office.
