My wife insists on an inclusion in our divorce agreement that prohibits me from seeing or talking to any of our mutual friends. Is this legal?

That is a question for your lawyer who is handling this and other matters on your behalf. However, the key word is "agreement." You and your wife are generally free to agree or disagree with such language.

If you agree to it, yes (you don't have to agree to it of course).
