Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

divource and custudy 6

was kicked out of my home after 19 yrs of being married he has every thing we own all i have is my van can he keep every thing and is he responsible for our bills we are not devorced yet we have 2 childrn girl 13 she lives with me in kentucky with me and a son he is in georgia with his dad his dad does not work but seems to have money how hard would it be for me to get custody of my son or since we are not divorced can ijust pick him up with out going to jail?

Your post does not give enough information to actually answer it. In fact, it raises even more questions.
