Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

Elder Care and Power of Attorney

What can I do? I feel that my hands are tied. I'm married 22 yrs now and in Jan 08 my step-daughter removed my husband from his apartment and took him to her home and I could not see or communicate with him. In this time she got a power of attorney letter from someone..it's not recorded in the counties records that she is using to cancel credit and dispute past credit card charges, insurance policy, bank acct. I have not been notified, nor served with any notice. But these actions are taking away my lifestyle the way it has been for over 22 years. Please help! I really need good sound legal advice and help. Thanks. Urgent!!!
