Can all evidence of a marriage be taken out of records?

I do not understand what you are asking. Marriage licenses are public records. Are you asking if this can somehow be "expunged" so there is no record of the marriage? The answer is no. Perhaps, if you got a lawyer and had a good ground for asking the court to seal the records from the public, then maybe the court would grant the request, but I don't know enough about your situation.

Your question is confusing. If you are asking if everything regarding the marriage, i.e., marriage license, court documents, etc. be expunged, the answer is no. You need to consult with an attorney who can decipher exactly what you are requesting and advise you accordingly.
