Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

My fiance did several strange things within the year after I proposed. She was caught (not charged) shoplifting twice and claims not to remember. She lied to me on several occasions and finally i broke up with her. She refuses to give me the ring back. What rights do i have in Georgia, USA?
