filing forn a divorce

I have been married to my husband

for 8 in a half years. I have not

worked since 1994 because i have

a special needs daughter that i take

care of. We do not have any kids

together. I am for alimony because

i have never worked during the

marriage. He has no problem with

paying, he just don't agree on the

amount i am asking for. Am i

entitled to receive alimony?
