how do i get the forms to file contempt of court ? the clerk of courts here in my town told me they cant tell me what forms i need.

It is almost always foolish at best and disaterous at worst to file a case pro se. Even if you find forms (and a handful of courts have some forms), you should NEVER use forms. No form will adequately cover the details of your case. That is why you need to have a lawyer prepare proper papers.
