i gave my child up for adoption and i sign all my rights over to the adoptive panrents and my childs father wants him and he signed the birthcertific but he wasnt notified of this matter what can he do to recive his child and whats are his rights to the child

Th answer depends on facts you didn't post. Did he ever support the child? How long ago was the adoption? Did you lie on your affidavit and not give his address or was it unknown? (And many other questions you left out)
