Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

In Georgia, after or while obtaining a no-fault divorce, is it possible to ask the court if I can remain in the home until financially and circumstancially feasible to move. The home is in the other spouses name.

You need a lawyer.

No fault divorce has nothing to do with what you asked. (That simply refers to the grounds).

When you ask the court for any relief your case is contested.

And you cannoty ask for things after the case. There are certain time frames for everything in a case.

And I should add that courts don't do orders that deal with indefinite periods of time. A coyurt order as to when to move and even if you stay in the home (or get the home) will have specific dates.

Again, you are in need of counsel.
