Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

I was a Georgia resident and just moved to South Carolina in January 2012. I got married on December 20th 2012. Am I still considered a Georgia resident. I have a Georgia driver's license still. And I want to file for a divorce, Can I file through Georgia? Does it have to be the same county I lived in?
