Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

Good afternoon, Would like some info before I hire an attorney.

The non-custodial parent verbally agreed to pay half of our sons insurance premiums (the CS order states that he must carry insurance, but GA CSE states it would cost too much so they have not enforced it) He made 1 payment in 2007, since then he avoids all contact, What are my chances of obtaining a judgment for the insurance premiums?

There is no such thing as a verbal agreement to pay insurance, so there is nothing to enforce. You can't obtain a judgment for an obligation that never existed.
