Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

My husband and I got a marriage license from the courthouse in 2011 and we had a small ceremony, (only his parents). We never filed our marriage license and now we have made a mutual agreement not to be together anymore. Can we get an annulment since we never filed out marriage license?

No. You still need a divorce.

The fact that you obtained a license and had a ceremony shows your intent to marry. This case does not meet the legal criteria for an annulment. Filing for divorce is required.
