Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

My husbands children are currently on state insurance. In the divorce decree it states, in the event the children become ineligible to obtain insurance through Peachcare, the husband shall provide medical, dental and vision insurance for children. Husband and wife agree to split equally any amount not covered by insurance. My husband's ex wife is wanting to get his son braces, but they are not covered by state insurance. Are we required to pay half or do we only pay half if they are no longer on Peachcare and are put on our insurance?

I'd want to read the exact language but from what you said it sounds like you split the bill equally.
