Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

I've been married 1yr to my husbad and his ex wife it seems, he recently cosigned for her a car among other extras he for her. I want a divorce from them. I earn 38k yrly, he's retired military/SRS 95k yrly. We own a LS 460 pd , GS 300, 1500 p/u he bought me a house on my bday as a gift my name is on deed 100k 401, I'm tired and want out of this threesome. What can I do.
