Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

The mother of my daughter lost guardianship of our daughter thru Dfac and denied me when asked. We have joint legal custody. Do my superior court papers override the person she gave guardianship to?

Are you saying the mother denied giving the child to you when you asked? Did DFACs take custody of the child and the guardianship was done through DFACs? You did not provide sufficient information to adequately respond. You need to take your paperwork to an attorney because once DFACs is involved, it can be complicated. If indeed DFACs was involved, you should have been contacted. If DFACs did not take the child into custody and the mother voluntarily signed guardianship papers to someone else, you should have been served and provided the right to object. See an attorney.
