Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

I moved from Florida to Georgia with my kids to live with my boyfriend. He is kicking us out and I have no resources to return home on. Do I have any legal rights.

No. If you wanted legal rights, you would have been smart and entered into a legal relationship. It is called marriage.

When you chose not to do that, you chose not to have any rights. When you make bad choices, sadly things will go badly. No one should ever just move in with someone, especially with kids, unless they can deal with the consequences.;

I am sorry to hear about your situation. You definitely don't need salt to add to your wound.

One thing you left out is whether your boyfriend is the father of any of your children?

If so, you should file for child support.

Also, if you have no resources check with social services.

You might be entitled to food stamps and welfare.
