Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

parent with full custody

I had full custody of my son,Andy who, while visiting his dad, was put on Prozac by a doctor and my ex husband, after one visit, and without my knowledge! He was there for about 6 weeks total when he commited suicide. Is it legal to not include me in the decision, I found out by the police report in June, this happened in January. He was only supposed to get a weekend, but had moved to Arkansas, or my son wouldn't have been there so long. And I would have REFUSED to give him Prozac, is there anything I can do?

Re: parent with full custody

Look to the custody decree to determine if the father has authority to give prescription drugs.
