Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

part of my divorce agreement said and quote "Husband may specifically retain possesion and use of the Acura automobile. Husband should MAINTAIN PAYMENTS on said vehicle and once any and all debt remaining on the Acura automobile has been paid in full Husband shall hold title to that vehicle free and clear of any claim of the Wife. Wife will cooperate and execute any documents to transfer title or perfect the property interest of the Husband in said vechicle."
my ex-husband lost his job and is unable to continue with the payments can I take the car back and continue with the payments since the car is under my name and I dont want my credit to get affect it by this? Do I will need a court order ?

With that language you cannot take the vehicle.

However, if your ex is cooperative, it may be possible now to draw up papers that might help.
