Patirnity

a woman lied to me about patirnity results and I want to sue her. I signed the birth certificate but she wants to change the childs name and remove me fron the birth certificate. I want to recoup my funds.. can you help?

You may wish to do a DNA test if you haven't already. If she files a petition in court and you are listed as the father, she will have to have you served and give you the opportunity to answer said questions/alligations. Depending on that outcome will give you what you need to proceed. Take on step at a time.
