Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

When I am served with papers, regarding domestic relations, who am I to report to? Is it in my best interest to hire a lawyer?

While I don't know from your post what you were served with, going to court without a lawyer is about like going to an Old West gun battle against Marshall Dillon, with you armed with a slingshot. See a lawyer and determine what you need to have him or her do for you.
