Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

Visitation-Custodial parent rights

My girlfriend's ex recently moved to a new apartment. He has told us he would meet us at the entrance to the gated complex when we drop off my girlfriend's 10 year old daughter during visitation weekends(ie. he has refused specific requests for his new address in writing). Question: Do we have to take my girlfriend's daughter for visitation if we don't know where she is going to be physically staying?

BTW he has a history of control issues and emotional abuse.

Re: Visitation-Custodial parent rights

Many divorce decrees and agreements have language requiring the ongoing exchange of addresses. If that is there, the grounds may exist to go into court for contempt proceedings and/or to modify visitation.
