Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

My wife wants to take our child and move to NY from FL. I am in the military and stationed in GA and dont want them to move further away due to my chances to visit my daughter. Is there anything I can do about it or am I out of luck?

The only time courts referee marital disputes is if you file for divorce or separate maintenance. Unless you do that, there is nothing you can do.
