FMLA Eligibility

If you had to take Family Medical Leave because of a medical condition for yourself, if needed could you take

Family Medical Leave again in the same year if needed for a child or spouse?

Only if you have not used up the entire 12 weeks allowed per year. Also, be sure to check how the company calculates the year period. Not all companies use the calendar year.
