Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Georgia

I am one of 5 sons. I just found out that my aunt has taken my dad to a lawyer without our consent .Also re recently fount out that my aunt has half ownership of the house my mom has deligently worked and paid for until her death. Is there any way we can do something to reverse this behavior and get her out of our family affairs,

Why would your adult father need the consent of his children, or anyone else, to go to a lawyer or do anything he wants to do with his time or his property? Why should you be involved in his affairs any more than your aunt?

Nothing in your post begins to suggest a legal problem. Children have no right to tell a parent how to handle their affairs and your post suggests nothing unusual. Unless you left out any facts the answer is no.
