Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Georgia

Answer was filed with countersuit

How long does the plaintiff has to answer about the countersuit that was filed along with answer of a possible judgment. Will I get a notice from the courthouse if there is a court date to present my case? It has been over 30 days and would assume by now would have heard something but have not or do they have 45 days?

Generally, parties are not required to respond specifically to counterclaims. The court should notify you of any hearing or trial dates.
