Car title

I bought a car and my friend put it in her name until I got my permit back. Now she will not give me the title back. what can I do?

Depending on the contract you signed (and I sure hope you did see a lawyer and sign one) you might be able to sue. If you just signed a title, you may well be unable to prove anything and be out of luck.
