pain and suffering

I am a handicapped person. can I sue someone in small claims court, who left a phone message calling me crippled bastard, among other ugly things.

You can't sue someone for calling you a name. If you did, there would be a high liklihood that the judge would award them damages against you for frivolous litigation.
