Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Georgia

I received an affidavit in mail today dismissing a case I filed. But the date given for me to appeal the decission is 2010. Does that make the entire document worthless.

No one here has the document, or knows anything else about the case and cases are dismissed by order (or on rare occasions, by clerk action) and not affidavits. Take your documents to a lawyer to explain what it is and what, if anything, you can do.

Affidavits don't dismiss cases.

Since your post is inaccurate, no one here can respond.

Obviously if you were in a court case you had (or should have had) a lawyer, and you should ask him as he is familiar with your case.
