Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Georgia

I recently bought a car and payed 400 dollars down, the finance company was told I payed 800 dollars down which was our little deal and the dealer just said to pay them back on such and such a date. Granted I have every intention of paying them back I just can't right now, I'm in a financial bind and my card came back declined. Is this theft by deception or any other legal matter? (They need a copy of my debit card/credit card because they never asked for it in the beginning)

Hire a Georgia criminal defense attorney at once -- a free pay site is not your answer at this point. You may have violated several criminal laws. Best of luck.*******The above is for informational purposes only and does not establish an attorney-client relationship.******

Your post is far from clear, and you don't bother to mention the most important details found in the contracts you signed. However, it appears your "little deal" with the dealer was an attempt on your part and the dealer's part to defraud the finance company.

From what little you posted it sounds like you committed civil fraud and several criminal acts. Get a very good criminal lawyer immediately.
