Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Georgia

Can I sue my ex lover who I had a son by for emotional strain and financial strain for lying to me about his financial situation. And his use of telling me how he misses me and the sex we had. Using it quite frequently, like when I would ask for some type of child support he would ask if I was thinking about him intimately and would ask if I would "see" him. It is a real thin line. I feel completely used by him.

No (other than child support if he doesn't pay). It takes two to get in a relationship, have sex and have a child. People who makes these choices deal with the consequences, and hurt feelings are not the basis for a lawsuit.

If youi had wanted the right to sue him over a relationship, you would have chosen a legal one (called marriage) instead of an illegal one. when you make the illegal choice as you did, you have no rights at all (other than the right to child support).
