i worked at a automotive shop and was test driving a car and i was in a wreck the shop went out of business now they are sueing me for 14.000 they said my lic will be supended if i dont pay

You should not have been driving cars unless you had insurance yourself, and unless the shop did. I assume that you did what anyone should have done in an accident and called both insurers. The insurance companies, assuming you called, will defend you and pay the claim. Make sure they get the suit on the same day you received it!

If you illegallydrove with no insurance, you are in a boatload of trouble. You can be criminally charged, fined and jailed. And when they win a judgment, they can get your license suspended for life unless you pay the judgment. (There is a way out - file bankruptcy - that may wipe out the debt if you qualify - call me for details and do not delay.)
