Legal Question in Insurance Law in Georgia
is it legal for insurance company to withhold payment of covered claim as "not covered" because account has not been updated with information concerning other insurance?

Your question as asked makes no sense. I assume there are specific issues. You need to give facts if you want answers. Is this an auto claim? A homeowners claim? Life insurance? Health insurance? What do you mean "updated?" Without information, no one can answer you.
