Legal Question in Intellectual Property in Georgia

Would using a fictitious language (which is itself basically a substitution cypher) from a video game in a comic I would like to create be against copyright law?

Most likely, assuming that the owner of the game has a valid copyright. The safest way would be to get their permission.
