Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Georgia

I am not sure which course of action to take here. I own a condo and have been living with my boyfriend (no legal union) who I would like to move out. It is a constant fight and I can't live like this anymore. I am afraid at this point if I give him notice to move that he either WON'T or he will steal, brake my property and/or belongings if I am not there. How do I get him to leave? He keeps saying he has squatter rights and I have to give him 90 days notice. He has no lease with me and has only paid in cash for what I requested per month to share the burden of living expenses.

Based on the facts posted, you will have to provide him at least 60 days' notice to move out and then file an eviction if he does not leave by that date. If you can show that he has violated some term of the lease (even if it is a verbal one), you can demand possession earlier, but I think that would be difficult in your case since the terms seem unclear.
