Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Georgia

My husbands father asked us to have his youngest sons evicted from his house several years ago. after the eviction my father-in-law allowed him to move back into his house for a few days until he could find a place of his own. Now my father-in-law is deceased . My father-in-law gave all his property, including the house, to my husband several years ago and we have been paying taxes, etc. My question is.. to get the brother out of the house, again. do I need to start eviction process or can we just verbally say..get out?

It is unclear from your posting, but it sounds like the son was residing there again. As such, the owner of the property must file a dispossessory action to evict him. And the first step would be to demand possession of the property at least 60 days from the date of the demand.
