Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Georgia

my landlord is taking me to court over past due rent, I tired to pay him rent this month and he wouldnt take it. He said I havent paid him anything towards the past due rent. I have photo copies of the money orders that I have been giving him towards the past due rent and also photo copies of the money orders for the rent for the three years that I have lived here because he wont give me rent recipes. He wants me out, When I goto court on the 23 of Nov will I have to move because he wants me out. Or is it up to the judge. I really dont want to move. Also I have a really old bad check warrant in Lous from 2000 for $599 on a crime I was never arrested for. I have been in jail since 2000, I was in jail for two years in 2008 and they never came and got me on this warrant. If I goto court on the 23 will I be arrested for this warrant

The basic question that is not addressed in your post (or, at least, not clear at all) is whether you have defaulted on your lease and are behind on rent. If so, the landlord can generally stop accepting payments and seek eviction.
