Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Georgia

I live in a two story rental. Downstairs is the communal living space, upstairs are the bedrooms. It has two heating systems, one for each floor. On the dates of Jan 6 through Feb 9, there was no heat upstairs. I texted the landlord, who is also my roommate and she said she'd have it repaired. It didn't happen until Feb 10. Is there anything I can do with the financial aspect? Thank you.
