Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Georgia

I am living with my boyfriend and we are parting ways can he just throw me out in 2 weeks or can i stay till i need to we do not have a write agreement but we do have a oral one

Unless your oral agreement has a specific term - 6 months, 1 year, etc. - then he will have to provide you with at least 60 days' notice to move out. And if you don't move out by that date, he will then have to file a dispossessory action, which you can fight in court if you so choose.
