co-counsel

If your attorney is dragging his heels in getting the last of the four defendants to pay the agreed upon settlement, can you hire co-counsel to urge him forward?

No one here knows anything about the case, what your interest is, or anything else. If you are his client, the lawyer is the first person you should speak with about this. Presumably, any party can get their own lawyer if they want to but, again, no one here knows the facts (and it would not be appropriate to second-guess a pending case or the attorney-client relationship even with some facts).
