Legal Question in Legal Ethics in Georgia

Three months ago I took my car to A&J Auto shop. I discussed with James ( the mechanic there) that my car has been running hot. He look under my hood and says I can tell you right now whats wrong with it right now you need a head gasket job. I said okay how much is this going to cost me and when can you fix it. He says its a hundred dollars for the head gasket parts and he said I will charge you three hundred for the labor so in all I will charge you four hundred . I also asked how long would it take for you to complete my car and he said it will only take two days. So we agreed that I would bring my car to him that weekend with a hundred dollars and it would be ready in two days. three days went by and still no call from James. I called him for two weeks straight and no answer. So I got feed up and caught a ride over there. When I got there I see James with his phone right on his hip working on another's clients car. I ask why havent he been answering my phone calls and why are you not working on my car. he said because he is busy fixing on the other clients car. I told him that my car was there first and that I dont think that its fair that this client get to have there car done before mine. Then he say I just have to do a brake job and this will only take thirty mins. then he says I'm going to take some money off since you have been patient with me. So we agreed that I would be back in a couple of days and that my car would be finish. two days later no call form James I kept calling him over and over again. I went by the shop still no sign of James. So when I finally got a call from him he tells me that my car needs a radiator and I told him that I'm not going to be able to get this job done right now so he says that since I been so patient with him that he will just not charge me to put the radiator in he would only charge me for the part which was eighty dollars. So he comes by and got the eighty dollars and I didn't hear from him for a couple of weeks again. So when I finally caught up with him there was another young lady there that had called the police on him. This young lady was my best friends cousin and she said that this man has had her car for a year now and he still wont fix it and put the motor in her car. she says that James took her money and now he wants her to pay two hundred dollars for nothing. I told him that I don't want him to do anything else to my car. He tells me that I have to pay my bill first and he says that I owe him two hundred dollars. I ask him how do I owe you anything when he haven't done any work to my car. come to find out I didn't need a head gasket job done I only needed a radiator. He hasn't given me the hundred dollars I give him for the head gaskets that I didn't need. I recently got a call from his landlord the landlord told me that he has not paid his rent in two months and that he was going to be taking him to court, so the landlord told me the court date and I told him that I would be there. When I got to court there were other people that he had ripped off and he didn't fix there cars also. The judge told the witness which was the people who gotten ripped off by him to step out the courtroom. So the judge never even heard from any of the witnesses he just ruled and told James that he had to be off of the property within seven days. The landlord told me that I could come in get my car in seven days but I don't have my key. James has my key. James texted me and said that he would be taken to a storage if I don't give him the two hundred dollars today and I'm going to have too pay the two hundred dollars plus the storage fee. So I told him that I would be taken him to court, then he says that he would be moving out of the state next week and if I don't pay my bill my car is going to be sold at an auction.
